Be honest here, who hesitates just a bit still?

Quads I do because I've hit more nerves than I care to think about. Anywhere else no hesitation at all.

i get it to exept in the shoulders and glutes. hit nerves in chest bis and thighs. so now i sweat when i inject.

Funny how it works. Exact same thing for me. I only hit quads if I absolutley have to now, before they were my sweet spot.

Every single shot still makes me cringe and i think it always will, I had a real phobia of needles and still sort of do but I just get on with it

I am used to it after 20+ years of doing it. I have nicked a few veins, but most of time I oversterilize and just go in smoothly.
I like to lubricate the pin like JW does.

I am not scared of the point but I hit a nerve last week in my shoulder. Worked delts two days later and payed the price.

Another thing I have noticed that over the years it seems like the needle doesnt slide in as easy as it used to. Is my skin getting thicker? Take delts for instance, seems like I have to puch really hard to even get the pin to break the surface of the skin, once inside smooth sailing, and then it gets hard to pull it back out. Ive been having some weird injects this past year! Im getting to old for this LOL!

Man, I need to try the quad, pins too short for the glutes, my shoulder feels dislocated. I put some sus in it and now can't barely move the fucker. This sucks, pain medication don't do shit, I had the icy-hot patch on there too.

damn it glen what size pin are you using? I go with 1.5 23G for my glutes (all AS shots) and then go with quad shots for the IGF

i have yet to hit my quads. ive always hit the glute. always been nervous about hittin my legs. i have the feeling im going to have too soon due to my new prop cycle

yeah dude not meaning to scare you but there have been a couple of times that I've shot in the quads and after I get the needle half way through my leg will start to kick and twitch uncontrollably :arcade:
this has only happened a couple of time though

ive gotta start soon. i just got done hitting my left glute and its such a pain in the ass (no pun intended) to reach

I still have to work up my courage to do quads. I get the cough sometimes when I do it there which I really hate. I have no problem anywhere else.

I tried quads once blood squirted everywhere so now I stick to glutes, side and rear delts and triceps.

its going to be hard to just stick with glutes with prop. i did 1 side monday and the other tuesday and i got to do one tonight and both sides are sore. does anyone know if the quad shot is accurate on siteinjections.com

yes that's where I got my info from-just remember to relax your leg as much as possible and take your time-both putting the pin in, injecting and taking the bitch out
