Here’s a few pix to show where I was and where I am now. I still think I look better with a shirt on cause of this loose skin but it’s honestly not as bad as it could have been I guess considering where I was. First pic you see I’m about 300lbs and about 35% bodyfat. The first face pic is Mandy and I about two years ago still drinking and really unhealthy. Then the next pic of us is a couple weeks ago after using Reta for 5 months. My girl looks like she’s 10 years younger. I’m 53 and Mandy’s 46. I feel great! I just wish this loose skin would go away. I’m using the glow stack. Mandy’s almost 10 years younger than I am so she’s not really dealing with the same problem. Her skin is younger. I appreciate any advice for loose skin. Its ugly!!! hope everyone is having a great day.

It's great that you're getting your spouse also involved in this stuff. This way she can get some skin benefits.

When we met we were both in really bad shape. We’re getting married sometime after summer and that was part of her decision to get healthy. I just love doing things with her and it’s hot seeing her own her space in the gym. She’s had a pretty difficult life and doesn’t have much confidence or at least I should say she didn’t use to. She’s come into her own rhese last 5 months. Confidence booming! It’s awesome to see! Thanks for the response
