Well this is something I had never seen before. The sodium was higher than I like but the fat wasn't bad at all. It was actually really lean. If you aren't cutting its a nice change. I put it in the oven for about 30 minutes in foil with olive oil and injected it with a ton of spices like cayenne, garlic, and onion powder. I cooked it on the pit after that about 10 minutes on each side and it was awesome. I ate three meals off of it. I made sandwiches by stripping it and putting a tiny bit of bbq sauce too. It was my cheat day so I didn't mind the extra fat intake or even the salt being Im still at 7 miles a day on the tread.

Man, that sounds good... I'll have to keep that in mind for when I'm done dieting in a few months. Someone else I know told me recently that they made pulled pork in the crock pot... They cut all the fat off so it would be leaner and just seasoned it up. I love pig! Yummm.

Damn....that made me hungry. U ever try the pork loin they sell in the shrink wrapped plastic in the pork chop section, a friend turned me on to them a couple years ago, like you said wrap in foil with all your spices & onions & some bell pepper and stick in oven at 350 for an hour flipping once. They are very lean and feed several people or one person 2-3 times. About $6-7bucks depending on the weight.
