Well this is something I had never seen before. The sodium was higher than I like but the fat wasn't bad at all. It was actually really lean. If you aren't cutting its a nice change. I put it in the oven for about 30 minutes in foil with olive oil and injected it with a ton of spices like cayenne, garlic, and onion powder. I cooked it on the pit after that about 10 minutes on each side and it was awesome. I ate three meals off of it. I made sandwiches by stripping it and putting a tiny bit of bbq sauce too. It was my cheat day so I didn't mind the extra fat intake or even the salt being Im still at 7 miles a day on the tread.
