I read the article. Struck me as a lot of words to say, "Nobody knows what's going to happen but it could go this way or it could go that way", and speculated on the impact on housing markets were all the left wing extremists "threatening" to leave the US to actually do it. Which ain't gonna happen, unfortunately.

We already saw a surge in the stock market... weird... so further evidence that those unhappy democrats don't comprise much of the financial foundation that this country is built on... nor do their beliefs align with the beliefs of investors in other countries that diversify into foreign markets.... weird... I never would have guessed that... instead they are trying to find ways to "push" a 15 year old Mercedes "wit some 26's" on a burger flipper salary.
Yes there are some people that cant perform the duties of are higher paid job... but they are the TRUE minority... most of these asshats are perfectly capable and DON'T WANT TO WORK HARDER or get an education. That's the truth as I've seen it in 10 years of Law enforcement and spending 70% of my time.. of TAXPAYER TIME in this section 8 communities where the "poor unfortunate" blah blah blah are fighting, selling drugs, and more than happy to spout off about how much money they make selling drugs and how Police are so stupid to work for what they are paid.
This entire community has not only misrepresented itself, but has benefitted from the Democrats misrepresenting them. I'm tired of getting taxed to the bone so these shit bags don't have to work. I am disabled legally... so I'm accruing nearly 200k in debt to become qualified for another career... in 5 years when my education is complete... there are very few that CANT do what I'm doing. 99% simply don't want to... that's the TRUTH OF MODERN AMERICA.
Ive been outrun by 20 year old Kids with multiple FELONY convictions... when they get out they have all those months of "disability" checks and hundreds of dollars in food stamps waiting for them... while they were in jail for committing Felony crimes and sitting at the tax Payers expense! That's where the majority of your money goes! Anyone who really wants to know what goes on I could blow your minds... like why they work 2 weeks out of the year EVERY YEAR just to qualify to file a Tax return... I'll give you a hint... it's not a "return".

This is fantastic news. The one thing that makes me worry about Trump is his closeness with Christie, who, despite relatively successful political/media grandstanding over the course of his governorship, is a corrupt, typical politician, no better than any democrat except in the tone of his empty rhetoric.
I heard Guiliani state that Christie "will have a significant" role in Trump's government. So, this conflicts with what you have just said. I hope Trump is relizing how much Christie stinks and is pushing him out.

Ya man... I figure I've come this far... what's funny is that when I left the City was only going to pay me 25% of the value of my sick time and vacation time. So why not USE IT and get 100% of the value. No.. they said.. you can't do that. It's not "approved". I said you're firing me and not giving me my pension I'm going to use MY TIME. So my supervisor wrote me up on 2 different issues my last week there! They actually expected me to respond to the Bureau Investigation as it "would look bad for future employers" That's when it decided really? You think someone is not going to hire me with a PhD when the agency I sued into oblivion tried to screw me out of my vacation and sick bank during my last few weeks of employment. One of my professors is interviewing me for his thesis on Integrity in Government Agencies and something regarding the adversity they impose on people based on personal agendas. When I heard him discussing it in class it completely blew my mind. I thought in class was a joke. Either way, it will be getting alot of attention. When he is finished I will link it up here.

Dude, This is off topic, but my wife has osteoporosis, diagnosed about 5 years ago. We have found that very few doctors really know WTF theybare talking about withbregard to this condition. Her OBGYN is who diagnosed and has been treating her. He's a great OBGYN but really doesn't know musch about osteoporosis and during her last visit with him he dismissed the improvement in her condition. She supplements with calcium and vitamin D, and also trains hard in the gym. We are currently in an orthopedics office whichbhas a guy who does specialize in osteoporosis. A PA here just looked at her dexascan reports and pointed out that she has actually improved from osteoporosis to osteopena! Her OBGYN, OTOH, said during her last visit with him that, "That doesn't happen. People just don't get reverse osteoporosis." WTF??? I'm all for being relistic, but to DENY the results that are in front of you in black amd white??
I don't know what specialty, if any, you are going to pursue, but given the few number of docs who specialize in osteoporosis (according to the national osteoporosis foundation website); comsidering you live in FLA, "God's Waiting Room", as my brother calls it (because of all the retirees who move there); and because of the absolute necessity of doing weight bearing exercise to improve this condition, this seems like a specialty that could be right up your alley and in which you could really have a positive impact.

What is everyone thinking about these sanctuary cities? I think that if they are going to keep illegal criminals safe and not hold them for deportation, then the city should lose all federal funding. My 2 cents.

Sounds like Ellison is the fatter version of BoBo, he's maybe has a bit of white in him, seems like a great BS'er with charisma. Being Muslim only helps his cause. Being 100 miles from Chicago, I can tell you that city harbors some of the biggest loons since mental institutions came into existence. High murder rate (almost all black on black), crime everywhere, a fiscally broke city that has more corruption than even Hillary could muster up. Of course a sanctuary city in its prime. The rest of Illinois deserves so much better, most would love to see Chicago secede from the state. Chicago is what happens when the inmates run the asylum. Ditto with SF and many other large cities. they are like a magnet for the mentally unfit
I just had exactly this conversation with a couple guys at work as I was leaving this morning. That is EXACTLY the suggestion one of the guys had, cut off all federal funding.
I say take it a step further and prosecute those who are administering this decision, just as the left prosecuted the township clerk who refused to issue marriage licenses to gays.
Hell, this "safe haven city" concept is nothing better than harboring a fugitive.
