EGGS..thats my protein pill..apparently ive been told if u insert them anally the absorption rate is quite high..some thing to do with the blood vessels..six pills a day..sorted.
just a thought..

Uni-liver tablets from universal. Cheep source of argentine beef liver. I take 12 a day spread out! Good addition to WPI and eggs.

hahaha Alright guys the reason is I have been so retardedly lazy that I haven't made myself a protein shake in like 6 months. I take all my morning pills so figured it would be easier. If you think about it in a capsule, with no fillers or other bs in it, I think it could be done
