I've been fighting a pulled muscle in my back and popping ibuprofen like tic tacs since just to make it through the workouts. I'm dying at night once everything wears off and it's time for bed, but does anyone know of any remedies for a pulled muscle other than resting? I can try icing, but I'd need someone to place the ice on there as I'm not flexible at all in my shoulders
