raisethebar.is falls short

I would not use RaisetheBar.is….. They definitely fall short of expectations. One of the things that upset me when I was using them is their complete lack of customer service. I had a couple questions about my order and they definitely are very impatient with their customers. This is not the way to conduct business. The guy was very short and very rude to me. Also he spoke broken English and gave no effort to communicate with me properly. I'm not gonna waste my time using them again
