on top of the muscle or under the muscle..
you need to really tell your doctor what your life style is like in regards to working out .. etc.. what your physcial activites are.. sometimes the ones under the muscle depending on how much BF you loose and what type of chest routine you do and what what you get to with it.. can make them look just as fake.. and depending on the amount of muscle you have there.. the unders can cause you complications etc.. that is when you need to discuss this with your doctor.. a good doctor is gonna know.. which is better.. if he lets you decide what you wanna do with them,,,, you need to get a second consultation... sorry to say that.. but a good doc is gonna know a hell of a lot more about the areas for placement other then you ... or what you have seen.. remember everyones body is different and life styles... so really discuss this with the physician before you get it in your head of where and what size..

Small boob are just as sexy as big ones. It's the nip that counts IMO. I had a gf who actually got rid of some of hers with a reduction. They were perfect at any size.

I think I get it....you mean when thinking of a girl with implants, it depends on your relationship with her right? Like your sister you maybe wouldn't want to get them, but you might like your one night stand or girlfriend to have them, right?? I hope that's it or I sound crazy too.

I have implants somewhere between a 34 c or d but sometimes they look bigger b/c I have a small back.
Seriously I love them, but they are not that big a deal, I got them like "huge" when I was really young. Then some years went by & I realized I looked like a porn star hehehe!!!!!, For the business that I'm in thats not good, plus that wasn't attractive to me anymore so I had them re-done and reduced, but they still look big, I wish they were a bit smaller. Also, now I look at girls with small breasts and I realize how sexy they are. They can wear anything they want and look sexy!!!! I mean classy sexy not vulger, there are things I can't wear because it really is toooo much and I wish I could. I have friends that look great the way they are "small", espiecially if they take care of the rest of thier body.
however, if you feel implants can make you more attractive I say go for it!!! I just think if they're small its not a big deal they're still sexy. I also agree with sasha, if you decide to get them done go to many docter's, don't just get one opinion, and make sure its a real good one!!!!because alot of docters fuck you up, ask to see thier work, and remember no matter how big you want them most docters will always recommend whats natural and that might be a little too small depending on what you are looking for, so be aware of that when you make your choice.

Iam new to the board ....I am at work...so I need to make this quick-I agree it is all up to the person and how they feel. Some girls/women are really insecure being small so they feel having surgery would make a big(no pun intended) difference. I am a good size for my frame, but it has not always been easy dealing with the comments from people....asking if I am fake or real. I went to a gym a couple of years ago, where most of the people were so worried about their appearance to the point where it was ridiculous. My husband(boyfriend at the time) was a trainer there and people would come up to him and ask him if I had impants. At first it made me angry that they even cared and then my friends would just say they were jealous. On the beach it is even worse...but over the years it has gotten easier. It is all up to you on how you want to look...but always remember to do research into any surgery and know what you are getting into. They don't get in my way when I am at the gym...probably because I have lifted so long-I am use to then now. Guys like all different sizes...as long as you are true to yourself, everything else should fall into place.

I actually might be going to this place in Boston next month...that do consultations, just to see if i actually want to get them done..I know a few women who have them, and said they weren't as painful as they thought they would be...but it's different for everyone. I'm at a 34C right now(natural) but i have been thinking about getting a lift and also maybe just 1 or 2 sizes bigger. But i will just wait and see, what it's like first...
