do you guys single em out? I have been doing like 2-3 exercises each shoulder workout, and i think its been paying off. My rear's looked good for a change today
I hit them hard with 1 excercise EVERY shoulder workout. When you turn to the side and see the rear delt rounding all the way back and then dipping into the tricep that then pops out and rounds its way back into the arm.... no one can look impressive from the side without some big ass rear delts.
when my shoulders start hurting i not only do rear delts as the last exercise like normal, but also another rear delt movement as my first movement also.....
