well lucky for me my middle was actually the most developed and my front and rear were lacking....swole wat i found worked best is after a heavy ass back day i would do a set or two on reverse pec deck and go eal slow on th negative and really feel the pump and then on shoulders train my rear delts first with some heavy bent over raises.....they're catching and now for my front delts after chest say i just do some heavy raises and they're starting to catch up as well.....
