I've seen a lot of threads on calves lately so I thought I'd chime in my 2 cents (although you should probably check out the dude's thread if you haven't bc his progress has been nothing short of amazing). But what I do is very simple - I squat. I squat twice a week - one very heavy/intense session and one lighter/pump session. By concentrating on keeping your weight on your heels in the squat and keeping your knees out, you will (rightly) incorporate lots of calf work. I'm concerned with my strength so I don't give a shit if I'm hitting my muscles on my heavy day, but my calves are always insanely pumped afterwards. One trick I have noticed too is that occlusion training on your calves really does work. Try wrapping your knees and doing 15 minutes of brisk walking. You will be shocked at the results.
My calves are 17.5 inches off prohormones and ice cold.
