Just finished my first cycle of workouts w/D.C. - (the first 6 workouts)
I think I was the most hesitant about that ONE set but DAM, I am getting
sore. I also thought the workouts were too far apart but I was almost
tempted to push todays workout back a day because I didn't feel fully
recovered. My Bi.'s even got sore after back day. Gotta love it!!
Like I said, I just started but looking in the mirror I gotta say I notice
improvment already. I cant wait untill my next workout so I can start
beating the #'s on my lifts. (I cant believe I'm keeping a journal - but I
am. I guess you CAN teach a old dog new tricks) LOL

Oh yeah, thanks for the help and info everybody (especially DB006)
Otherwise I probably would have only tried the parts I liked rather then
Totally giving the workout a chance.

man i tried the lat streches yesterday man i cant imagine using 100lb for 3min. you would have to be a beast. my own weight was hard enough for 2m 45s

he's real big on letting you skip a workout if you feel you need it. at a point the rest is more valuable than the workout. that, and you're really working out more often than you usually do, for most people, that is.

yea, glutamine is pretty much an ED thing while training like this.

if I dont load up on it, I dont heal fast enough anymore.

I just started DC also,I like it,I never thought I'd stray from my basic training that I've been doing for YEARS but it's actually a nice change of pace, and I do think the stretching is a big part,I never did too much stretching,it always made me feel like a ballerina.

I get sore, but not the intense DOMS I used to get. I'd call it a "healthy" sore which goes away in about a day. I used to get DOMS after legs that would last for three or four days until I started training DC.
