Hey guys anybody else suffer from this? I have a pretty bad case of it and it comes and goes as it pleases. Last night i found out that antihistimines are not a good idea when you suffer from these lol. I started itching and getting the RLS so i thought maybe some benadryl would help me out but man was i wrong. My legs were jumping all over the damn place. I later read that they make it alot worse lol wont do that again. Im getting it right now i only slept like an hour last night hopefully this tylenol pm will help me get my mind off of it and get some rest. Just thought i would see if anybody else got it and how they delt with it i hate it so much. If it keeps this up i may go see if i can get some requip from my doc to see how it will help.

I get restless leg syndrome from time to time, usually in one leg at a time. I have to turn on my side to get it to stop.

bp has been fine and i cant drink enough water lol. with it getting in the 100's and working outside etc. I drink over 2 gallons a day usually try too and still dont pee ususally till i get off work. sucks i sweat too much for a job like this. That may have something to do with it thanks B.

I get this too! Sometimes it gets so bad that I just have to get up and watch tv or something because I will just lay in bed forever trying to not think about my RLS. I take a sleep medicine from my doctor and that seems to help. I also have some extra strength sleeptime tea before bed. That combination has been really helpful. Try the tea out at least.

I get it too. One theory is that its due to low serotonin levels, and the physical activity of shaking your leg helps raise that. Of course, aren't we all active enough?
