Right Knee Pain??

I was sitting in a chair with my legs on a desk crossed for about 30 minutes. I noticed my left leg was ontop of my right knee. When I went to get up, It felt like I fucked up my knee. Its been swollen and tight for 4 days. WTF, I was just sitting there. Tommorrow is leg day. Should I do Leg press light or what.
 
I wouldn't. Lifting weights releases hormones that help mask pain so you're more likely to push too hard and feel it even worse later
 
good advice. its a bad idea to train on any injury imo mate, more often than not it will only make things worse.
