any of you guys ever taken or heard of Prostagladin E1 (aprostadil)?

You're not alone. I also go really long when I'm on. That can be detrimental sometimes because since my wife is also petite, she can't go for a long time. I often end up having to pull out to relieve her, lol, and jack myself the rest of the way.
