OK for many months I've been rotating shots from both glutes and both triceps and once in a blue moon, calf. Sometmes calves are fine other times I'm one hurting puppy for a bit. Done the quads a long time ago and I was crippled for a couple days and other times went well. Same when I did in the delt, but that hurt like hell.
Anyone else care to recommend other sites? My lats are wide enough to provide easy access, never tried biceps.
