Day 3
Feeling good. Gained about 2 more pounds of lean mass. Down about 0.5% Bodyfat. Dick is still hard. Lol. Strength is better than natty. Will keep you posted!
I went to the doctor today to get my lean mass and bf measurements. It turns out that I am 1 pound lighter than when I started this cycle. However, I have lost 5% bf. It is looking like a cut not a recomp.
