Everybody get their Sat. workout in. I love my weekend workouts. I'm
rested and can take my time. When I'm done I have the rest of the day
to myself. (if you dont count the wife and kids!!) Everyone else get their
workout in?

I'm done with DC for awhile. Hittin it 6 days a week now:
Mon. - Chest
Tues. - Back
Weds. - Quads
Thurs. - Delts
Fri. - Bi's & Tri's
Sat. - Hams & Calves

I just needed to do some higher volume workouts. So far, it feels like it's exactly what I needed. I'm the same way man, my Sat. workouts are the best. I get to take my time gettin in and out of the gym. The rest of the day I could just chill and eat :D

I just finished doing a few months of higher volume workouts. Just picked
my exercises and routine depending on what I felt that day. (was strict
on what bodyparts I was working) I was working around a injury and taking
a break from DC. (no lectures DB006) I really enjoyed it and each workout
was fun. Just started back DC and it feels great. I was ready. I think we
have to do what it takes to keep it enjoyable for ourselves, physicaly and
MENTALY, if we are going to be in it for the long haul.

no lectures bro....i hear ya actually...i was jsut on a cruise for 3 months, lol!!
it felt good to go to the gym whenever and do whatever, but i just started a blast last week, and i was dying to get back in there!! so i def realize the importance of cruising. dc training beats you up mentally.
