I'm done with DC for awhile. Hittin it 6 days a week now:
Mon. - Chest
Tues. - Back
Weds. - Quads
Thurs. - Delts
Fri. - Bi's & Tri's
Sat. - Hams & Calves
I just needed to do some higher volume workouts. So far, it feels like it's exactly what I needed. I'm the same way man, my Sat. workouts are the best. I get to take my time gettin in and out of the gym. The rest of the day I could just chill and eat
