ive always found it easy to inject into my delts. so since i started aas ive done it. sometimes to often. well this offseason i felt them getting a bit tough when id inject in them.so i laid off them for a bit. i hadnt done them that often in the past year or so but they still werent great.

so last week i decided to inject into my right delt and wow that wasnt fun. i started on my way in with the needle and it was a bit crunchy and tough going through. i got about a half inch in and it got really hard. i had to push really hard to get through the tissue. it wasnt painful but just really hard and tough. i injected in and it took a bit of pressure to push in. but i got it all in.

im gonna lay off for a few more months from doing delt injects if i can. my right bicep is a bit crunchy going in once in a while but no where near as bad as the delt.

i hear you on that one....the glute injects are just so hard to maneuver....i like quads but they get so damn sore.....i can walk with a sore but but no a sore quad!!!!

The big question is, "Is there a way to break up scar tissue?". I do remember hearing something at a chiropractors office thats run by 2 BB'rs. They mentioned something to one of there freinds about a way to break it up. Does anyone have an idea of what they were referring to??

Deep tissue massage is supposed to help break up scar tissue, but it also supposedly hurts like hell.

"Crunchy????" Yikes! Never experienced that even after five and a half years in the glutes.

Huh, iget deep tissue massage for my back and legs and YES is makes you wanna passout from the pain. I thought i heard one of the chiro's metion A.R.T. theropy for that but i'll have to see.,

Wow...I was just thinking, "Man, that's gross..." and just think I got it in my glutes....DA F?! I inject into my glutes once every 2 weeks! Is this something else or is it scar tissue?
