HELL NO.....I can see him doing that and one day a disk shooting out the back! REALLY PEOPLE? Come on...that is stupid anatomically. Your low back isn't designed to handle that kind of load in those positions. That puts your spine in a vulnerable position. First time he even does ONE wrong he is DONE! There is NO margin for error there! People throw backs out just by sneezing or bending over a sink to shave...hell no! I can build the same thick low back using exercises that won't destroy me....wow.

Dude definitely has more strength than sense.
when i do them a ALWAYS feel them in my hams... sometimes in my lower back, but then again i do them on leg day
thats a CRAZY amount of weight to even consider doing
