Looking for your advice on the best dosage of semaglutide. I'm currently 5 ft 10, 198 lb, and I am around 12% body fat. I would like to cut down to 6 or 7% body fat. Do you think 1 mg a week would work or do I need to get more aggressive since I'm already pretty lean and push it to 2 or 3 mg a week?
