Semaglutide for someone who wants to cut down from 15 to 10% body fat

In no way am I overweight but I'm looking to use some Glutide anyway. I would like to cut down from 15-10% body fat, which has been a big challenge for me. Do you recommend that I start at a quarter milligram a week or should I bump it up to one or two milligrams a week?
 
Semaglutide isn't complicated to use. You're going to want to start at a super low dose, like a half a mg a week or even lower, and then you can gradually work your way up.
 
Semaglutide is great for killing your appetite. If that's what you want then you're gonna get good results. Start at a quarter milligram a week and work your way up.

You should start with a low dosage and titrate up in order to minimize sides.

Typically, 0.25 mg once a week for 4 weeks is ideal as it enables your body to adapt to the compound while also reducing the occurence of both bloating and nausea.

But after 4 weeks, you can then taper up to 0.5 mg/wk for weeks 5 to 8, then 1.0 mg/wk for weeks 9 to 12, and between 1.7 to 2.4 mg/wk for week 13 and upwards. However, it's best to run your semaglutide cycle between 16 and 24 weeks.
