Sensitive Nipple On Cycle

My buddy at work has just started his first cycle. He is just doing 200mg a week of test cyp. I told him not to worry about an AI with such a small dose and now he is two weeks in and told me he has sensitive nipples. So, my questions is, do you think it's good enough to just start some exemestane and see how he handles it, or go ahead and throw some tamoxifen at it? He said he doesn't feel any lumps so I think exemestane is probably enough. Opinions?

I would think that since he doesn't have any lumps and they're just sensitive that Aromasin would take care of it, but I'd wait for the more experienced members to give there opinions first.

Arimidex will knock it right out bro! a tab 3 times a week and if sensitive still he can load on it everyday til dies down then back off some, its cheap and works really well for nips and bloat!

The aqua dex from the store here should be fine for getting the sensitivity to subside, if he ever starts to feel any lumps make sure he picks up nolva immediately or better yet he should get it now and have it on hand
