Seriously worried about this lower back side fat. HELP

Everything is coming in pretty well. I'm not where I want to be, but not too far behind.... Except for this fucking lower back fat!! It's not moving!! I'll take a pic and my trainer is telling me not to worry, but it is substantial and not responding to shit. I'm thinking of either injecting it with PGF2A (which will blow out my asshole) or DMSO and pharmaceutical yohimbine. I just don't get it. I see changes everywhere daily, but this back fat won't budge! I would stick a fucking shop vac in there if the scars wouldn't detract points on stage. How is this possible? Even my hams and glutes are near where they should be.
 
My guess is its the last thing to come off. You're still 9 weeks plus out. Keep with the plan and keep with the cardio. It will disappear.
 
Agreed. The love handles and lower back is last to go on me too. Can have a ripped six pack and still a good pinch of lower back fat
 
I'm doing 60 min first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I'm waiting for some advice as to when I should add in the evening cardio. My trainer is looking me over in trunks Fri.

I would advise double cardio and also make sure your heart rate is where it needs to be.

what does your cardio consist of?

How would you split it? So far it's 20 min with my heart rate at about 125 on the treadmill and then 40 on the elliptical.
 
How many calories are you still consuming each day at this point?
 
A heavy bag is HUGE for helping burn that lower back/love handle area. The impact of the bag causes the muscles to fire and stop rapidly thus causing a better burn. I've had MANY clients do this and have always seen great results, if you have access to one, give it a try

I don't know total calories at this point just portion sizes and macro profiles. I'm also carb cycling. I had the guy that's helping me with my posing and routine look at me today and said I was completely wrong. He said it was simply a little fat and water and it had decreased substantially since a week ago. He said to not give it another thought. That made me feel better, but against his advice I'm still upping cardio. I was again very strong on legs today so I can't be doing to bad on the cardio and diet!
 
keep gettting leaner and leaner. It will come off, are you getting ready for southern states in July correct ? you have plenty of time to get that lower back into shape...keep at it, continue to lean out, and it will get there...think positive

Yep Southern States July 8 and 9. Looking at pics from last year I feel I can do well if I get my conditioning right.
