I pull deads with a sumo stance and drag the bar up my shins. My shins are scarred up from this and everything I let them heal I end up cutting them up again as soon as I get into my 2nd set or so. I cut them when I have pants on, high socks, anything. Anyone else have this problem? I mean I don't mind it until summertime because now I look like a child who skinned his shins on bike pedals and I get asked all the time what happened. Then when you tell them they have no clue what you're talking about
