Wow... was doing some lateral raises... and at one point my left shoulder popped.. and i had a loss of strength... gets sore when i rotate my arm and shoulder different ways.... happened on monday, but today was able to do light dumbell bicep curls... some forearms.... but not much else... shit hurts at night too...
giving it a couple of days for the pain to lighten.... no bruise, no contusions, no lumps... just sore and it seems like a deep issue.. nothing surface.. almost like tendons.... i was afraid to do shrugs.. thought it would dislocate my shoulder
