i read in the musclemag this month, him saying someone poisoned him. maybe he wooped some ass after he got better.
 
Man, you guys are behind on your gossip this week... this is old news!

The arrest happened on April 7th. ALLEGEDLY, he was getting poisoned by his wife... they are going through a divorce (if not, already divorced). Also ALLEGEDLY, he was arrested for domestic violence against his live-in gf and her daughter.

There's a whole article and radio interview about it that I read/listened to earlier this week.

I was listening to the radio program at work, so my mind may have been distracted, but I don't remember them mentioning a specific weapons charge (I could have merely forgotten, but I think I'd remember that?) Could his physique count as a weapon? I remember hearing that supposedly he KO'd her with a hit, then continued to beat on/kick her while she was unconscious. Also, he supposedly punched her daughter in the chest or the stomach... the victim speaks out directly about her side of the story. That seems to be the most I've heard so far...

OMG what a scumbag
 
I had those same chagres over 20 years ago. It was assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm. For me it was just a fist fight with another guy. If the guy looses bad, basically you kick his ass real bad, then they make these charges. Thats all I know
 
Who knows if the truth about this will ever be told. Like in every criminal case, there's 3 sides to the story, each party's story and the truth
 
It amounts to 3 counts of Aggravated Battery w/o a deadly weapon and a violation of an injunction for protection.
 
UPDATE: Silvio went on the record with his side of the story, which is completely different from the alleged victim's story. He claims he wasn't dating this woman and that she helped him out by providing him with a place to live temporarily (which he paid rent for) and that she was sexually harrassing him (in person, sending sexy pics and texts, etc) and wanted to be with him, but he was never with her and he claims to have made that clear. There's a whole lot more that he gave by radio interview in his own words. Crazy, mixed up mess... that's for sure.
