It works for me sometimes, except when the guy is a totally dip shit and decides that they are going to load up weight and do horrible looking reps which in the end only fucks them so it's still a win-win situation
 
That's true, people like this are too stupid to recognize good form, so they'll still think they have you beat. But, none of these clowns will be deadlifting 500, so you'll school them there.
 
I had this guy doing that at my gym, I went over and did the same shit except the slamming and told him if its to heavy he has to slam it he should use lighter weight..he eyeballed me and walked away..of course im 6ft 230lb..guy who carries a gun, short tempered and holds grudges..lmao

yeah, but thats a different kind of slamming, one that doesnt require weights as much as it does cardio and yoga mix..lmao

yeah there was this fuck face at the first gym that i trained at that always had a bad attitude, he was in his late 40s and looked like shit...

he would always pick movements that he thought he could bullshit his way through, dumb fuck would do shit like load up a huge amount of weight on the leg press or the squat bar and move it 2 inches down and up...

he would do this 2 or 3 times rerack the weight and then look around to see who was watching

lol same with this guy, hes the stalker, like 50 years old, he will put a 45 on each side of the preacher bar, standing of course to cheat by swinging the shit out of the weight to get it up. If your doing preacher and your so bad sit the fuck down and have no sway and see what you can get up clean ag stalker bitch. My friend is convinced hes a druggy (had a charge of cocaine on his record) so hes prolly right

I see a lot of high school kids doing squats just like that. I always called them knee bends and not squats since all they're basically doing is bending their knees and going back up. It's a sad thing to see in a gym
