its strange...some days i look real lean and some i look like a fat ass, i know it has to do with carb oading bloat sodium etc..and all that. that is one aspect of BB I know nothing about. maybe someone could explain it to me in laymans terms
I guess I'm gonna have to stop making fun of your legs finally. Def have some good seperation. Calves need to be brough up and you could work on that outer sweep but your wheelz def reflect your hard work.

thats what im getting at B2S i dont know what it was about that day but they just looked very veiny
im looking to what could have caused this, E says it might have been a loss of water retention....any others suggestions would be great
sometimes i notice the day or two after i do some intense lifting (ie. heavy squats/deads) i get really vascular and feel swole constantly. i dont think you can pinpoint one single thing as the factor, more like a bunch of things like feeling rested, ate well the past few days, things just came together y'know. i'm sure someone else can give a better suggestions but i've always atrributed it to dumb luck.LOL
MMX2 do u wanna see a pic of my wheelz??? Wellllllllllll, TT can tell ya and i may post a pic of me. Luckily for me my legs would grow if i mowed lwans and that was it, lol. Unfortunately the rest of me doesnt grow at the same rate.
