im around 235-240lbs this is the fattest you will ever see me lol!
im competing in august i will be doing the pa state and the north america's
depending on the npc schedule
im trying to put on a little more size but keep my weight around the same
i need to bring up my quads and my back width
im happy with this offseason i have done cardio throughout the year too
