I knew I was going to be a little sore after taking 2 weeks off from the gym, but holy hell I can't move right now. I did shoulders on Tuesday along with shrugs, then deads and back yesterday and hamstrings/calves today. My lower back is crushed from doing deadlifts, my traps are still fucked and my hamstrings have been twitching all day.
I can't wait to get over this and I don't miss this feeling at all. Now I know why I only typically take a week off at a time
