Personally if I'm to judge a protein I look at grams in a scoop vs grams of protein to judge fillers, taking into account carbs and fats of course. But the issue now is most companies add amino, which is great if it's leucine, glutamine etc. But It's Not Hard for them to slip in taurine and glycine and other completely useless aminos to spike their protein. At the end of the day if you get a hydrolyzed whey I.e. hydro whey/ new pro complex from ON, iso100 from dymatize, hydro whey from badass nutrition, or me personally the wheybolic 60 from gnc cuz I get the hookup lmao. Those will be spot on 99.9999% of the time
