Well I started some test and var to finish cutting my last fifteen pounds. I am running the test at 350 and var at 50 for 4 weeks which will hopefully put me where I am looking which is about 212 around 8 or 9% body fat. I can see a difference in hardness and a little more girth in just about 5 days from the var. Its axio 10s that Im using. I am finally getting lean. Its nice. I look to go to a lean mass cycle after that. I know that depends more on nutrition than anything but Im gonna run npp and test for the rest of the run with var again at the end of the 16 weeks for 4 weeks.
