Well after a week of eating nothing but junk...today was the day that did me in...Im done with the crap food (for the most part) im going back to a diet (offseason diet that is) and get my butt back into the gym...Im ready to grow, and transform my body again, into a true superheavy wieght...You will be seeing a totally different Chris250 next year .... Im going to push my weight up to 250lbs first, then aim for around 260-275lbs...When im offseaon is finished...but I want to stay half way lean...So as long as my abs stay somewhat in ... (outlines) then im lean enough to come into great shape next year...

ok so here is the deal...when I started my prep I was only around 240lbs, and at the end of it I weigh in around 222lbs (in pic around 224lbs) So I figure I can get up to 255-260 or more, in the same offseason shape then I should be about to come in around 235-240lbs next year. Do you guys think that is relistic...???
 
chris - your the only limiting factor. You look awesome at 222. competing at 232 next year sounds possible. But holly shit, thats 10lbs of pure muscle... we just discussed what a reasonalbe amount of muscle in one year is.

I have faith that you can do it. Just get your mind 100% into it.
 
i know i couldnt do it, but i think you could. especially if you adjusted your supplements like we discussed in your other thread.
 
Ok guys hit back today ... felt good....I actully felt pretty strong today...good workout
