Well after a week of eating nothing but junk...today was the day that did me in...Im done with the crap food (for the most part) im going back to a diet (offseason diet that is) and get my butt back into the gym...Im ready to grow, and transform my body again, into a true superheavy wieght...You will be seeing a totally different Chris250 next year .... Im going to push my weight up to 250lbs first, then aim for around 260-275lbs...When im offseaon is finished...but I want to stay half way lean...So as long as my abs stay somewhat in ... (outlines) then im lean enough to come into great shape next year...
