The fckn heat here in the midwest has just been crazy like FOREVER!!!! The heat has really been fckn with my trianing and diet. This week though, I have started to get over the hump. My eating has def increased and I'm managing to keep my weight up. Been adding a couple of proyien shakes a day and also sneaking away at work and stuffing my face. Seems to be working. Was getting told all day today how much fuller and thicker I looked. I also added some prop to the mix. Def making a diff....
