Stay lean, gain lean. Year round

Do any of you guys like to or plan to stay lean year round and not having to do bulk up and big cut down?

If yes, then what's your strategy other than clean diet and cardio?

I'm thinking of doing Clen + yohimbe for 3 weeks followed by MC IGF for 4 weeks and then repeat.

What you guys think!?
 
I stay on MC IGF year round and I stay relatively lean. I'm not big so it's easier to stay lean, but I just watch what I eat and let the IGT do the rest. But to answer your question I think clen and igf will definitely help you out
 
I try to stay lean all year round, not stage ripped but lean for the average joe, and I take eca stack daily, igf-1 daily, and i train til failure with all sets and i keep my rest between sets very short, which i truely believe has helped me stay lean year round

When you guys say "ECA stack daily and IGF daily", do you actually mean all year long???
Aren't you suppose to cycle it on and off to keep your receptors sensitive?
What am I missing?

i stay on the eca stack al year round brutha! However i do cycle the igf-1 with a few months on at a time
 
Oh man there is so much you can do for this. I don't like clen and don't think it is safe so I don't take it. I have abs year round (not stage like abs - but girls think I have great abs) and striations in my quads. I have a horribly slow metabolism too.
So my keys for diet are as follows: On supplements, eat carbs 3x per day: breakfast, pre training, and during OR (exclusive 'or') post training. Per carb meal eat around 50-75 grams. Eat as much fat as you want (within reason here) and eat no more than 100 grams of protein over your bodyweight. Off gear, cut the carbs from each carb meal in half and reduce the fats slightly. Also, take your bodyweight and add 50 to it and that's how much protein you need. IMO and from my experience (you could be different), more protein just means that my pee is more expensive. I do this diet 6 days a week. On the 7th day, I eat anything I want and then squat or deadlift (whatever the current emphasis is) the following day. Oh and one more diet thing: I do the following intra workout shake and it helps me tremendously with recovery and energy:

30g carbs from gatorade powder
5g BCAA
10g creatine
1 scoop EAS Muscle Armor (HMB, glutamine, and argenine)
varying mg Beta Alanine
varying mg citrulline mallate

For supplements, I keep it simple: GDA's before every carb meal and before bed (some are better than others, if you want more info I'll write that up too), ECA stack cycled, IGF is nice cycled, and Yohimbine hcl pre AM cardio (where no carbs are present). That's it for the supps. Anabolics don't burn fat, but they do allow you to dip lower into calories to keep muscle (and hopefully gain).

For training and cardio, I do starved cardio 2-3x per week, HIIT sprinting 2-3x a week, and train deadlifts and squats for strength and the rest for hypertrophy. For the big lifts, train heavy and SUPER intense to failure like Presser said.

If you do all this, I don't see how you couldn't stay under 8% fairly comfortably (well, if doing all this is even fairly comfortable in the first place LOL). I'm always trying to figure out ways to stay leaner and gain more as well. Bulking only worked during my first two years of training. After that, I just got fatter. Lean (for me) is the way to go.
