I feel its cost/benefits. Saudads is more in line with what i have seen in my 25 years of using, studying gear. Thats old school thinking. You want to get on, grow, get off, and get your axis back up.
I have cycled on off, and been on for 6-8 months at a time. at the end of a long ass cycle, you lose a lot of it(CLEAN), and it takes much longer for system to "get back on."
really, imo, you gain more overall cycling 6-8 weeks, and taking an equal amount off. if you dont, you run the risk of screwing up your system so that it its more difficult to maintain the same level of gained muscle. Look at it like this would you rather gain 20 lbs and lose 6 or gain 25 and lose 12 with extended cycling?
Do 6-8 weeks for bulking, get off for 6-8 weeks, get back on. my rule of thumb has always been 5-8 weeks AFTER REBOUND period, pc.
this way you will keep much more muscle, and have the hormonal support to carry it.
