I’m hoping you could give me advice for my third cycle when it comes to bulking
first Cycles I went the mild route and I did some cutting but it wasn’t really anything impressive
this time I would like to bulk up.
Want to use NPP + test prop for 10 weeks.
My plan is this:
NPP 150mgs 3x per week
test prop 100mgs 3x per week.
Will mix the oils.
Anything else you would recommend?
I’m 38 years old and I’m 199 lbs and 6 ft tall

test prop shouldnt be soo high just 200mgs enough with npp 100mgs not 150mgs 3x/week
how about n2guard?

no need to overcomplicate things. do test 500mgs a week with aromasin and call it a day

Hey bud, remember most folks on here are giving you the best advice they can, 50% of it or more is gonna be personal advice at what worked for them. Since it’s your third cycle and you’re gonna start hitting some big boy compounds, there’s just a few things that are always going true and that you need to pay attention to.
1. Pay extremely close attention to how you feel on those compounds. How much testosterone and NPP you use is going to be highly personal. The amounts you are using are really standard. Some guys use 300 mg of test all the time all year long. So it’s not too much unless your body easily aromatizes testosterone. And it’s not something that means you’re manly or less manly it’s just something your body does and you gotta work around it. So pay attention to how you feel. pay attention to your mood. See if you’re starting fights with people or if you are weepy and tired, or things like that. A lot of guys get hung up on whether or not a specific compound gives them anxiety or something. Most of the time that compound just produced a surplus or an absence of estrogen or some other compound. When you inject human hormones into your body that’s looking for an emotional roller coaster and most of us handle it with no problem because we know what’s going on. Those are gonna be most important because everything that we do as bodybuilders is on the other side of the phrase “I don’t feel like it“ so pay attention to how you feel and adjust your compounds.
2. On the forums like this one you get a lot of guys, and it makes sense because that’s what the forum is for, who are big fans of steroids. But there is no magic pill. Steroids do not do the heavy lifting for you, they simply create a state in your body, where you can do more work than you could have without them. You could double or triple those dosages and if you don’t get at least one gram to 1.3 g of digestible protein per pound of body weight every single day, if you don’t get at least that much in carbs, And about 1/6 of that in fat, you’re just plain not gonna grow. Steroids is like sending more workers to a site, but if you don’t give them more lumber and materials to work with it doesn’t matter nothing more gets built.
3. Make sure that your fatigue to rest ratio is good. You are only going to get as big as what you can recover from. All of these things are as personal as anything else. So don’t just read one or two studies on workout frequency, read at least 20 or more so you can really find out what works well for you. Start to know the difference between muscle fatigue, and central nervous system fatigue. Every two or three days if you are pushing hard enough to put on size, which most guys don’t, you are gonna have to give your central nervous system a break because it’s living in “holy shit mode“

Both of those compounds you’re using have very short half lives, and that’s kind of the point if you get into trouble, you don’t have to wait for three or four weeks for it to get out of your system. There is no doubt that testosterone and Nandrolone are just plain “the building blocks” on the foundation of damn near every guy that ever got big. So you’re
definitely on a good track and it sounds like you’ve got some good advice behind you.
Last thing, remember that real experienced steroid users always know to titrate the amounts up. Just because you’re starting a cycle doesn’t mean you slam everything to your body all at once. No matter what you do in bodybuilding, if you’re not eating and sleeping right, It doesn’t matter how many steroids you use you’re just wrecking your health. Patience is always the key. In these forums, you see guys set a 12 to 15 week deadline to get jacked. And it just doesn’t work that way. Convince your brain or retrain your brain to believe that one year is a short amount of time, not three months. All the gains and everything you want are yours to be had, but you’re on a journey of learning about yourself. Never add a compound just because some guy on a forum said to. If you like the way it sounds, do a lot of research on it, and trust the research from guys who look like you want to look. There’s some guys out there that have good advice, but they look more like they play tennis rather than work out. They are just giving advice for money. Remember, never take advice from someone that you wouldn’t take criticism from and vice versa.
