Im still keeping my carbs ruffly at 100 grams per day. Im still loosing body fat. Im not on my cycle, so its not quite as fast as before. But im still loosing fat.

Only negative is my strength isnt where it was on certain lifts... but im ok with that.

I have to say though, every day is getting easier and easier.

its jut like any other substance norms you will get used to not having as much after a while im trying to wean myself off of coffee and its a bitch
 
great job...not so bad not having alot of carbs...

Im going back to my base diet on monday...tired of eating crap all the time...LOL

I am at 120 and I am start to see some good progress, 55% pro 30% carb and 15% fat

lol.. yeah, 100 grams.

If you give up pop, booze, pasta... Its pretty easy.

I dont have a hard time with that stuff, but bread is hard. I made my daughter a hot dog today and wanted one so badly. but i didnt want just the hotdog.... It was in one of those creamy soft potato buns.... YYYYUUUUMMMMYYYY
 
try carb cycling to get things going better for you. Should like it better than just a certain amount everyday. For example:

Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday stick with 50grams a day

Monday, tuesday, thursday, Friday can vary from 100 to 300 depending...
 
Sounds like a good plan. I just put my wife on a 3 day carb diet (every 4th day is a cheat day). She was HUGE into carbs.... so a 7 day plan only one cheat day wont cut it.
