just because you stop gaining weight and size doesnt mean much. You want to transform your body. Numbers dont mean much.
 
yep, yep nuk hit it right....Im losing weight but gaining muscle...im sure of it....

This is true. You need to watch your strength on exercises though, if you start losing a lot of strength overall, then you may have a problem. If you're still gaining small amounts of strength each workout, you're actually still growing.

Exactly. I'll go through periods where my strength is increasing and I'm actually losing weight. I do all kinds of different things. If I'm eating sloppy, I'll eat clean for a bit or vice versa. Sometimes I'll just go with measurements. Most of the time I just keep doing what I'm doing. My body is pretty good at telling me what it wants.
 
Weight and strength aren't really correlated. I mean look at the post that Chris posted the other day about going on looks and not numbers. It really put things into a great perspective. If you're strength is holding up and your weight is stable, then don't worry about it, but like saudades said, if you're losing a considerable amount of strength, there might be a problem. I wouldn't worry about it though, I mean if we didn't hit plateaus at some point, there'd be 500 pound monsters walking around everywhere
