Does anyone else prefer straight bar pushdowns to v bar or curved bar pushdowns? I know theyre a little harsher on the wrists, but nothing swells my tri's up like the straight bar
i use the straight bar and rope but i like the straightbar better seems it would be better for overall mass for me. the rope hits the independent heads better though.
I do Straight bar with reverse grip... BLOWS The Tri's up something fierce !! and every other week I superset in slow strict rope pushdowns.. That's just me though...
