Strength going up a month after pct

This was kinda weird. I usually lose some strength but today, after only a month, I actually went up in weight. I was only on 350 of prop but its still nice to have not lost any strength.
 
350 of prop during the cycle or on PCT?
also, did you use IGF for your PCT?
I have gained in strength doing this
 
read my post for 3 second pause... I just gained 2 reps on my flat bench. Im 6 weeks off.

so i guess it happens, and its kick ass!
 
i believe it.... with me i recover differently everytime...

but id have to agree , any cycle with prop has always been the best rebound
 
ive done it as well, 2 weeks into pct i still kept gaining strength and barely lost a pound.
 
I haven't ever still been gaining 2 weeks into pct, but I've held where I was which I've always looked at as a win. Nice work jt
 
When id go off for 4-6 months... thats when i start to crash. I will loose size and strength at that point. doesnt really matter if i had a long or short ester at that point.

I think it just takes that long for the body to level out.
