Here's something I've been using the past several weeks for dinner.
4-5 skinless chicken breasts (frozen is fine)
2 cans cream of whatever soup (cheese, brocolli, chicken and mushroom, etc..)
I would mix the canned soup and milk/water first, with a wisk, then submerge the chicken breasts. Put the cover on and let cook for 8-10 hours on low.
Just something real easy to do, I know we are all busy!
And you can substitute pork chops for the chicken.
