OK i know there's always talk of mercury being high... blah blah blah but I love sushi. Besides the Mercury it's high in protein and the fat content is the good kind particularly Salmon and you don't cook it so you don't lose any of the nutrients... it's all good all the way around. Now if we could just do something about the Mercury levels. How many of you guys consume it on a regular basis and by regular I mean once a week or more.

i dont once a week but i go get a roll or two about once every other week i love it too bro its a little pricey here though. I do love the way its healthy too but my rents and friends hate it so i dont get it as much as i would like.

I've been eatin Chirashi a lot lately which is just sashimi over a bed of rice and the place I go to makes me brown rice when they can. Eating it this way is great because you're getting the fish and you can just eat the amount of rice you want or none at all.

yeah i love california rolls to not quite as much protein as its crab meat though.

California Rolls, Dragon Rolls, Spicy Tuna Rolls, Jaquar Roll, and Dynamite Roll... I get in at least 3-4 of these a week. Im a Jap. food-aholic!

yeah i know specially here in the heart of the us where the closest gulf is over 9 hours away haha but i still like em

bump that...I went to the bass pro restaurant last week and they had "fresh" grouper. I tried it and let's just say it tasted nothing like it does on the coast. But beggars can't be choosers huh...

I love sushi. Has to be the real thing though. I suppose I'm a little picky when it comes to sushi though. Two years living in Japan will do that to you.

I have it about once a month, can't beat the eel if you ask me, goes well with the Saki, if the saki is worth a shit

i like sushi...when i am on contest diet we will eat it once a wk or once every other wk or so...not crazy about all the absolute raw stuff but i do love the Kani & Ebi...rolls are good to but have alot of carbs & not so much protein...

its nothing for me & my fiance to drop $100 on sushi...so yeah, it can get a bit pricey...
