Do you guys do the T-Bar that you pull towards you while in a standing bent over position or the ones with the pad on your chest? My gym has both and I'm assuming they're both called T-Bar rows, that's what everyone refers to them as anyway. I always change it up from week to week as to which I use
 
my gym has the one with the pad. I havent seen one of the others in a long time. Good for you to switch it up. Years ago if we
didnt have a t-bar we would wedge one end of a olympic bar in a corner and load up the other end. Then we would just grab the
bar close to the weights, one hand if front of the other, and do pulls.
 
I like to stick the bar in a corner and just pull from the floor, 6 plates here baby... feels powerful and kills your back

That's basically what this one machine is, it's just got handles on it to make it easier. The exact same movement and stance though. I can probably get around 4-5 plates on a good day if I didn't kill it on deads
