I finally convinced my wife to get on the treadmill. I got to walmart to buy golf balls. I get a call. Her blood sugar is 45. Went Hypo. All that work. In all seriousness she has been having some hypo issues and I tried to encourage her to take in some carbs check her blood sugar and then immediately take more.
 
Wow JT, that sucks bud. Is she checking hey sugar more often now. It has happened to me before but only after taking in some IGF and then forgetting to take in enough carbs. But you should have her check it more often definitely. Has she been showing any signs of diabetes or has she had issues with going hypo before?
 
45 is pretty bad, I've been there. I'd say she should be checking blood sugar more often if she's on IGF. Make sure that the carbs you take in when hypo is just quick-digesting glucose. Other things work, but more slowly. If you get as low as 45 you want it back up as quickly as possible.
 
Shes not on igf. She has glucose tabs too. She saw the doc and she told her to eat more often and check her blood sugar. Shes a whopping 120 pounds at 5'3.
