Test Base Help?

KINDA CONFUSED ABOUT T<BASE STILL!
how can it be done in oil?
and do you have to use peg or poly?

yeah, welcome aboard. You can make it in BW or oil, I've seen recipes where its most peg and ba. It depends what you are loking for, if you want a true susp then your gonna want to use BW.
