There seems to be this new work out fad that go's around the gym every 7-8 months...i call it the 1 inch press or squat...
and ive got to say it..but what the fuck is all that about..they load up the squat rack un rack the weight then just kinda bend the legs for no more than an inch then press it back up..same for bench press...must be some new routine..ive got to try it on my next work out..cuz cleary it must work..:laugh::laugh::laugh:
 
On another thread this is referred to as a "virtual workout" where the workout is more "imagined" lol If you find that thread it is a damn funny read... I'll try and track it down.
 
the only guys I have seen do those are the guys that dont even look like have ever worked out.
They must think it is some kind of short cut to big weights. Why would they think that when
they never have seen anyone big doing them? lol
 
man o man..there is this new guy in the gym...u know the type looks like he wants to chat and make buddy talk ect...he was lifting some big ass weights to day...he always comes and works out near us and u can see he is just itching to chat..any how today i saw him put nearly the rack on some cable cross overs..pmsl...u should of seen him try and just get it in to the starting point..well funny as fuck made me laugh..and to see him do the reps i had to stop and watch..i saw him on another machine as well ive never lifted the weight he was "trying" to lift...i had to stand and watch that as well i was thinking this guy is gona pop his shoulder out in a sec it was all at a funny angle as he try'd to get the weight up...if his chest his hurting tomorrow it wont be from his work out i can tell u...maybe his back or neck or shoulders..but not his chest.
